Essar completes sale of Equinox Business Parks to Brookfield for Rs 2,400 crore



Essar has completed the sale of Equinox Business Parks, its commercial property in Mumbai’s Bandra-Kurla Complex, to Brookfield Asset Management, a leading global asset manager, for an enterprise value of Rs. 2,400 crore.
